How long does it take to prepare an order?

Personalized products such as custom T-shirts, baby bodysuits, and mugs usually take 2–5 business days to prepare before shipping. Books and non-personalized products are also usually processed within 2–5 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

How long does delivery take?

UK Standard Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. Europe Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days. Express Shipping usually takes 2–4 business days where available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, postal service conditions, public holidays, or customs.

How do I send my custom text or design?

For personalized products, please include the name, quote, message, colour preference, or design details when placing your order. If you have a special request or image, you can contact us after placing your order at ayangabe.shop@gmail.com.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please check all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Are books personalized?

No. Our books are original products created by A¥A’N and are sold as shown in the product images and description. They are not personalized unless the product page clearly says otherwise.
